What belongs here

Share your own words, memories and opinions. Distinguish something you know from a rumour or guess, stay relevant to the conversation and allow other people to disagree. Your chosen display name is visible to members across Morton’s and Matchday. It need not be your real name. The operator can connect contributions to accounts for moderation.

What we remove

No threats, harassment, hate, encouragement of violence or illegal activity, sexual exploitation, impersonation or spam. Do not post another person’s private details, unsupported serious allegations or material you do not have permission to share. Do not try to evade a restriction, flood discussions or manipulate voting. Posts are plain text; links and file attachments belong in the appropriate Feedback flow.

Lift sharing

Use the fixture’s Lift sharing board for offers and requests. Do not post pickup details, contact information or arrangements in Morton’s or Matchday. Board listings use broad areas and time bands. Interest does not reserve a seat; an email introduction requires agreement from both members and owner review. Report a concerning listing or introduction through its private controls. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Reporting and review

Use Report beside a contribution and explain the concern without repeating harmful material. You can follow your report and appeal a decision in Reports and appeals, including while your membership is suspended. For an access problem or private concern, contact ross@downtheden.com.

Ross is the sole moderator for the initial ten-member Pilot. He has committed to checking reports and Feedback throughout the week and must pause posting when he cannot cover moderation. An appeal may be reviewed by Ross even if he made the original decision; this is an owner review, not an independent panel. This is not an emergency service or a promise of an immediate response. Moderation may hide a contribution, restrict an account or pause a discussion, with a recorded explanation and review route.

Your writing and your choices

You may withdraw your contributions. A marker may remain to keep the discussion understandable, and necessary moderation evidence may be retained privately. Do not copy another member’s contribution outside the private Pilot without their permission. Read the account terms and privacy notice for account, rights and retention information.
