Account terms

Who may use it

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. In private mode, an invitation admits one account and may be cancelled by the owner before it is used. While Site access is open to public, you may register without an invitation. Every account requires a verified email address, acceptance of these terms and the privacy notice, and a chosen display name before member features are available. An unfinished registration is not admitted if Site access closes. Accounts must not be shared. Lift sharing is limited to the existing adult members separately admitted to that board.

Signing in and public names

Signing in and registration use a short-lived, single-use email code. Keep codes and signed-in devices private and report unexpected access. Public names must be 3–24 normalised characters using letters, numbers, spaces or apostrophes. Reserved, confusing, blocked or moderation-removed names may be refused. A member can hold at most two names with one active, and can change the active name twice in a rolling year.

Your private record

Every supporter-record question is optional and self-declared. Answers may be edited or cleared. Pencilled attendance is different from confirmed attendance and can be removed match by match. The record is not a ticketing, membership or identity-verification service and is not public by default.

Private conversations and Feedback

Morton’s and Matchday discussions are shared with admitted members. Before contributing, read and accept the Community Standards. Choose a display name before entering the member site. It identifies your contributions across Morton’s and Matchday; changing it updates the name shown on your contributions. It does not make you anonymous to the operator. You keep your rights in your writing and permit us to store and display it within the private Pilot, moderate it and retain necessary evidence.

Feedback is private to you and authorised operators. Files need separate private contribution terms. Sending an item does not give permission to publish it. Keep your originals; uploads may wait or pause when the included processing limit is reached or safety checks cannot complete.

Optional Away Day lift sharing

Invited adult members may offer seats or look for a lift on an eligible Millwall away fixture. A listing shares your display name, broad starting area, approximate time band, direction and, for an offer, seat capacity with other admitted members. It is your statement, not a reservation or a journey verified by Down The Den. Do not post an exact pickup point, someone else’s details, a fare or a payment request.

Expressing interest does not secure a seat. Both people must separately agree before the owner reviews an introduction. If approved, only those two people can open each other’s verified account email to make arrangements outside the site. You may close or report an introduction; information already seen by the other person cannot be recalled. Agree a public pickup place and return plan directly, check your own transport and insurance position, and do not send money through the site. Down The Den does not check a driver, vehicle, insurance, identity or ticket and does not handle payments. The owner may hold a listing or pause the board for safety or lack of review cover. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Messages and linked services

Optional editorial contact starts off. Essential sign-in, invitation, account, security and Feedback messages may still be sent using Resend. Apple, Google, passkeys and web push are not active in this Pilot.

Availability, suspension and closure

This is a small Pilot provided without a continuous-availability promise. Access may be paused immediately for abuse, security, privacy or operational reasons. You can download your data and request account deletion. Deletion consequences are shown before confirmation; public-name release and necessary moderation/evidence retention follow the published privacy and retention rules.

Changes

Material changes will be presented before continued account use where renewed agreement is required. English law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
